Due to the exclusive and limited nature of The Ice Collection Jewelry, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Once approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange for equal value.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damage Policy

We take pride in quality, but if your item arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and/or videos of the damage
- Packaging must be included in proof
If approved, we will:
- Replace the item (if available) OR
- Issue store credit
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delayed shipping once the item has been shipped
